The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and provision of tour, activity, and/or transfer services ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website https://www.gorcelitravel.com.

The Buyer has agreed to the details and total price of the service selected from the Seller's website as follows:

1. The Buyer declares that they have read and acknowledged all the preliminary information regarding the service's basic characteristics, price, and payment terms, and that they have electronically approved this information.
2. The service covered by this agreement will be provided on the date and terms specified by the Buyer. In case the service cannot be provided, the Seller will inform the Buyer and refund any paid amount within 14 days.
3. The Buyer may cancel the service up to 24 hours before the service date. Once the cancellation is confirmed by the Seller, the service fee will be refunded. Cancellation requests made outside the allowed time will not be processed.

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of purchasing the service. However, if the service has already commenced, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the stated period. In case of withdrawal, all payments made by the Buyer will be refunded within 14 days after the withdrawal notification is received.

In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

The Buyer has acknowledged and accepted all the terms of this agreement. This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
