These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any services provided by Gorceli Travel, including but not limited to tour packages, transportation, accommodation arrangements, and other tourism-related services. By using our website and/or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or book our Services.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agency/Company: Gorceli Travel, the provider of tourism services.

2. Customer/Client/User: The individual or entity purchasing and/or using the Services offered by the Agency.

3. Service(s): Tourism-related services provided by the Agency, including tour packages, accommodations, guided tours, and transportation services.

4. Website: The official website of the Agency.

By using this website and booking our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you agree that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, via email, or over the phone. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been processed.

2. Price and Payment: The price for each Service will be clearly stated on the website or in your booking confirmation. All payments must be completed using one of the accepted methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) before the booking is confirmed.

3. Currency: All prices are quoted in, Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), or U.S. Dollar (USD), unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms: Full payment must be received at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Bookings are not confirmed until the full payment is received.

1. Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to info@gorcelitravel.com. Depending on the Service booked, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the specific Service descriptions. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days.

2. Cancellation by Agency:
The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or low participation in group tours. In such cases, the Customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services:
Some Services, such as special promotional offers, last-minute bookings, or specific accommodation reservations, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

1. Accurate Information:
The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. The Agency is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Compliance:
The Customer agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the services being used, including those set by third-party providers such as hotels or transportation companies.

3. Travel Documentation:
The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas, and permits) and for complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

The Agency reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel any part of the Services if required by changes in local regulations, weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, and reasonable alternatives or refunds will be offered.


1. Third-Party Providers:
Some of the Services offered by the Agency may be provided by third-party suppliers. While we make every effort to partner with reputable providers, the Agency is not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties.

2. Exclusions of Liability:
The Agency is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other events that may impact travel arrangements.

3. Maximum Liability:
In no event shall the Agency’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Service in question.

The Agency shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other events classified as force majeure.

1. Ownership:
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Agency’s website or in promotional materials are the property of Gorceli Travel or its licensors.

2. Use of Content:
The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Agency’s website or materials without prior written consent.

The Agency respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link to Privacy Policy], outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using our website or Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the Customer’s jurisdiction in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes that arise under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

1. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Agency and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Amendments:
The Agency reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Agency’s website.
